Orders & shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $12 CAD. Express shipping is available for $20 CAD.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Products
How do I charge the Pulse Mini Massage Gun and Neck Massager?
Both are rechargeable. The Pulse charges via USB-C; a cable is included.
How often should I use my massage tools?
Follow the guidance on each product page — typically 1–2 minutes per muscle group for percussion, up to 15 minutes for the heated massager, and 5–10 minutes when starting out on the acupressure mat.
Is it safe for everyone?
Our tools are designed for general wellness, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an injury, or a pacemaker, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, plus express checkouts such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
